location on beach
hotel was just opening for summer - so staff were just getting into the swing of things but were very helpful. The location is quiet but too far from town to walk - so we ate in which was ok

The hotel is located right on the beach and has a private area with sunbeds, canoes and other boats for rent. The breakfast was ok comparing to other hotels in Sicily, but cold food only.
Most of the staff did not speak English. This was a real problem for us when we arrived late at night and called the hotel to get help with finding the right place. The receptionist spoke italian only so we could not understand where to go. By the way, there's a big sign "Club Nettuno reception" leading to the other hotel at the opposite side of the road, so be careful to locate the right hotel (at your right if driving from Orlando's center). We did not like the food at dinner though it was quite expensive. The walls are thin - you can hear your neighbours and outside very well. There is a strange rule of having all the tables and sunbeds labelled with room numbers. We did not notice and had occasions both at breakfast and the beach and we were required to change places - even though no one came neither to the table nor to the sunbed after us. It was not nice to be "kindly" reminded about check- out at 10 with a big smile when we were on our way to the beach at 09:20. For me it sounds overcautious as well to demand checking-out at 10:00 having check- in at 15:00. They charge you extra for everything - sunbeds and even the beach-towels.

The hotel was in a prime location, right on the beach with breathtaking views. the staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The hotel could use some updating. the furniture in the rooms was worn and outdated, and the breakfast selection was limited.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little far from the city center so there are little options for restaurants/shopping in the immediate vicinity. The up-side to the location is that it's more quiet and relaxing - literally on the seaside, Book a room with ocean view, it's worth it! Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and sunsets and the relaxing sound of the waves as you sleep at night.

We went in September so the deserted beach just in front of the hotel was fabulous.
The hotel is just outside the village so a car is needed to get around

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, just outside the village, was perfect for me as it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is right on the beach, offering breathtaking views from the rooms. I loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing and being able to step out onto the sand in just a few steps. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even greeted me with a refreshing sorbet to cool down in the hot weather. The room service was efficient and the housekeeping kept my room spotless. The hotel also offers various amenities such as car hire and airport shuttle, making it convenient for guests.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It's a great place to unwind, with its beautiful beachfront location and friendly staff.

The hotel was located just outside of the village and right on the beach, providing easy access to the sea. the room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the beach. the bathroom was also nice, with good facilities and plenty of hot water.
The service in the restaurant was poor, with long waiting times and lack of attention from the staff.

Convenient Location and Beach View
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. The sea view from the room was amazing and it was just a few steps away from the lobby to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the furniture was old. The hotel was overpriced for its outdated facilities. They served a very limited breakfast with few options. The quality of food in the restaurant was not up to the standard of the area. it was an okay experience but nothing exceptional.

The hotel had one of the most stunning views I've ever seen, right from my room with a sea view. The beach was just a few steps away from the lobby, making it incredibly convenient for a quick dip. The hotel staff were the most helpful and hospitable I've ever encountered, making my stay even more enjoyable. Also, the room was spotless and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Couldn't stay longer.
